🎨 New Weekly Oil Painting Series at the Winona Arts Center! 🎨Join artist Casey Wicka for a brand-new weekly series exploring oil painting techniques and materials. No experience necessary! Each Tuesday morning from 10:00am to 12:00pm, Casey will guide participants through a different oil painting theme.
