About this Event
This 8-Week Morning class will cover the basics of composition, value, color, mark making with brush and palette knife, and how to have fun while learning! Each class will start with a short lecture and demo, then end with a class critique. The speed painting and sketching drills are not just a blast but will help work out possible problems ahead of painting. You will end up creating one or more of your own masterpieces from a favorite photo, while working at your own pace!
A Materials List will be provided prior to the start of class.

Students are considered registered when tuition is paid in full. Payment is required and will be processed at the time of registration. If, after paying, a student is unable to attend, tuition will be refunded; less a $25 processing fee (in addition to any online processing fees if paid online). Refund possible only if student withdraws (by phone or in writing) at least 10 days prior to the first class—NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the class is cancelled by EFC or the date is changed and the student is unable to attend, a full refund will be given. If the class is cancelled or the date is changed, students will be notified one week prior to the advertised start of class. Every effort will be made to contact students if class is cancelled due to severe weather. Students may also contact the shop. A make-up class will be scheduled.
Gift certificates are available for classes.
