Join us on Saturday November 15th from 10.30am for the unveiling of the new plaque at the Daniel Keys sportsfield at Onehunga High School. This will be a time to catch up with old friends, reminisce about Daniel, and the great time we had at Onehunga High School.
Daniel was Head Boy of Onehunga High in 1991 and tragically died in 2001 while working overseas.
Daniel was a passionate sportsman and high academic achiever. He was also Captain of the First XV Rugby team.
The sportsfield was officially opened in March 2005 with a plaque placed on the stone plinth outside the new gymnasium.
A few years ago this plaque was stolen.
Thanks to the efforts of the Past Pupils Committee, with the support of Onehunga High School, this plaque has been replaced. An initiative that is well overdue!
Please share this event with past, present and future families of Onehunga High School. We would also love for you to share any photos or memories you have.
