This is a 6-week program on Thursdays, starting 1/15/26 to 2/19/26.

Managing a neurological diagnosis is hard. Making positive health choices can be harder. This program will empower you to make lifelong healthy choices to improve your quality of life. Learn about Parkinson’s Disease, nutrition, mental health, exercise and social support in this 6-week health behavior change program. Created by neurological therapists and an exercise physiologist, Healthy Habits uses motivational interviewing and active problem solving in a group setting to initiate positive changes and empower a healthier you!
