Join us for a special in-person edition of the Ohio Name Change Legal Clinic at the King-Lincoln Equitas Health location! Through the partnership of TransOhio and Equitas Health, the Ohio Name Change Legal Clinic offers confidential discussions with trained volunteer attorneys. Come with all of your questions and leave with the paperwork you need. Consultations will be given on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.
This event is always free, however there are costs associated with the legal process. Funding for filing fees and administrative costs are available for those who qualify through Ohio Name Change Microgrants, offered by TransOhio.
