What is Offshore Wind Ready:
Offshore Wind Ready is a one-day educational program designed for businesses who want to learn more about specific business opportunities in the growing U.S. offshore wind industry. Learn about project development, a project’s supply chain component parts, and how to identify where your business fits in. Offshore Wind Ready helps determine if this growing industry fits your business well.

Learning Objectives:
Section 1
- Match each US or global region with its timeline and status in the offshore wind market.

- Describe the main function of each key component in an offshore wind project in the journey from wind to producing electricity.

- Explain the structure of the offshore wind supply chain.
- Match a company providing a specific product or service to the correct supply chain tier 1-6.

- Identify activities that the supply chain can perform in the Siting and permitting phase to support the developer as they build their SAP and COP.
