Staff and providers of: Critical Access Hospitals, Office of Rural Health Grantees, CMS Rural Health Clinics, State Designated Rural Health Centers, Small Rural Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Free and Charitable Clinics, Behavioral Health Organizations, Community Partners, Medicaid Enrollment Assisters, Community Health Workers, and all those interested in supporting the health and well-being of rural communities in Medicaid Regions 3 & 5!
Medicaid Region 3 Counties include the following: Alexander, Cleveland, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, Stanly, Union, Anson, Mecklenburg, Catawba, Lincoln and Gaston.
Medicaid Region 5 Counties include the following: Montgomery, Richmond, New Hanover, Moore, Lee, Harnett, Sampson, Bladen, Pender, Brunswick, Robeson, Hoke, and Scotland.
