There’s never been a more important time than now to demonstrate your value to your organization. As EAs, we’re working behind the scenes making things work, “putting out fires,” and anticipating our Executive’s needs. But how do you communicate all your work and effort when it comes time for your performance review? One way is by creating a “brag book”!
Veteran tech evangelist Melissa Esquibel will show us how to collect, store and retrieve your everyday achievements in notetaking apps. We will review three tools: OneNote, Evernote and Keep. In this workshop, you will learn –
- What to collect and how it ties to your key performance indicators (KPIs) and professional objectives
- How to capture it in the moment
- Ways to organize your collections for quick retrieval
- How to parlay your “brag book” into a professional portfolio

Bring your preferred tool installed on your preferred device.
MOCK INTERVIEWS:
- We will have a Staffing Agency review resumes and give you tips to stand out and be ready to showcase you in an internal promotion or externally in an interview.
- We will also have a Mentoring Session pairing EAs to help listen and give each other tips on interviewing.
