At first, the session may sound simple: a place to exchange what we can offer with what we need. But it's much more than that. This powerful, heart-led experience, designed by the Post Growth Institute, will help us tap into the collective abundance around us. Whether you're offering your skills, knowledge, or something as small as a great recipe, you’ll be amazed at the connections you make—and the needs you can fulfill.

In just two hours, you could find someone to help with your comms strategy, offer advice on a tricky business challenge, or even discover the secret to the perfect apple crumble!
