A fun evening for lovers of short stories.
Please note: if you have entered a story in the competition, please select the free ticket option for this event, as your entrance fee covers your celebration event ticket.

The £5 tickets are for audience members, for friends and family of the entrants, and for short story fans who haven't entered the competition to help us to cover our costs.
Our team of professional judges have selected six shortlisted stories on the theme of "secrets and lies" with a Sheffield angle.
You'll also hear the shortlisted stories for the Magic Pen competition for authors with learning disabilities.
Hear these stories being read for the first time and find out who the winners of the Sheffield Short Story Competition 2024 are.
You will also be able to vote for the "audience prize" for your favourite story.
Light refreshments will be available.
