Off The Air Presents: Duff Thompson & Steph Green with Hella Swords
Dive underground with us into the warm glow of the speakeasy at Greens on Tenth for a night that will remind you what live music is all about: connection, discovery, and raw, undeniable musical craftsmanship.
Co-headlining the evening are Duff Thompson and Steph Green, two Canadian touring artists and Off The Air alum, returning to California to cut straight to the bone from the stage. Thompson’s swampy blend of folk, pop, and garage rock hits you on a visceral level, with his latest albums, Shadow People and Shadow People II, offering a swaggering and cohesive collection of songs that push his music further into garage and indie rock. Green’s music, blending folk, dream pop, and indie rock, is for those who love haunting, cinematic storytelling. Her sophomore album, Lore, is a rugged, eerie homage to both the natural and supernatural worlds, all produced on her signature 16-track reel-to-reel.
Opening the night are local standouts Hella Swords, setting the tone with their fresh energy and old-school Off The Air credential.
