This class is designed to help you build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and think more creatively in everyday life. Through a reflective and holistic approach, you’ll discover how the principles of improv can reduce self-doubt, foster collaboration, and open new possibilities for personal and professional growth — without any pressure to perform in shows in front of a live audience.
Week 5: Top of the Scene - Starting interactions with clarity and calm, managing uncertainty, and creating space for others while staying engaged.
