We dedicate Oregon Festival of American Music 2026 (both Winter and Summer) to an exploration and celebration of the extraordinary body of non-Songbook songs and music from throughout the world and byways of America which have made their way into the American popular music and jazz canons…and vice versa. Summer, entitled Beyond The Sea, will explore the musical crosscurrents and convergences broadly. Winter focuses on the extraordinarily rich intersection of France & the United States.As usual there will be 4 unique concerts, the Jazz Party on the final day of the festival (this year Sunday January 25 at 4 pm), talks, lectures & a community sing along.
