We begin with a free-flowing, meditative movement practice to get more attuned to our inner state, moving progressively from the Root to the Crown chakra, according to ancient yogic traditions.
We'll tune into the unique frequency and density of each chakra, listening to the subconscious messages that they hold for us.
Feeling into what feels balanced and what needs re-adjustment.
This first part is only a teaser of what's to come.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬
𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐳é is a group facilitator pur sang who loves to integrate both the lightness & the depth, the light & the shadow, bringing in fun, play and connection to presence more safety and embodiment.
Currently, Alizé is completing her Psycho-Somatic Therapy & Jagaana Breathwork Training at Liloco, which provides body approach tools for self-knowledge, deep presence, awakening life force & emotion regulation.

During her training, she dove deeply into working with each chakra and how to balance them, as well as learning breathwork as a tool to create more capacity in the nervous system, allow stuck emotions & physical tensions to circulate & amplify our life force energy.
Before that, in 2021, she co-founded PussyLab, an organization and space in Brussels to explore connections with self, others, and the many facets of embodiment.
Since 2022, Alizé has facilitated various workshops : The Playground, the Sensual Playground, Intimacy Temples for Couples, Resource Into Connection, Come Closer - Touch & Play.

𝗠𝗮𝘆𝘄𝗮 spent more than 10 years travelling and living in Africa, South America and Central America (México, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Colombia). She lived several years in the jungle and started to write her own medicine songs. She deepened her connection to the plants and spirit world as she was guided to remember her gift. Also she savoured 2 years with indigenous women and grandmothers of the Shipibo tradition of Peru.
The biggest inspiration for her music originates from listening to nature. She writes and sings her own „Icaros“ in ancient indigenous languages like Quechua, Mapuche, Shipibo and Kogi but also in Spanish and English. Her songs are soul-fueled and pure prayers for the earth and humanity.
By listening and tuning into nature and the subtle realms of creation, Maywa guides people into their reconnection with nature and alignment with their essence through her unique way to create sound journeys, hybride live set & dj set cacao dance & voice embodiment workshops.
