ODU CEEVC Spring 2024 Municipal Contracts:What Does the Future Hold?Thuesday 9, 2024 Registration 8 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Seminar 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Join your colleagues in the architectural, engineering and construction communities tolearn about upcoming municipal government work in Hampton Roads. Agency representatives will present their budgets, procurement trends, project lists and priorities for the next fiscal year.
Presenters will include Public Works and Public Utilities departments, including but not limited to, the following cities:
- City of Norfolk
- Newport News Engineering
- City of Suffolk
- City of Virginia Beach
- City of Chesapeake
- City of Hampton
- Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD)

Door Prizes, and Social Hour Following the Seminar! Printed programs with presenter slides will be available at the registration desk.
Location: Norfolk Yacht and Country Club is located on 7001 Hampton Boulevard.
Seminar Ticket Fee: $200.00 + fees (includes lunch, coffee breaks, handouts, raffle ticket, and beverage ticket.)

Gold Level Sponsor - $650+ fees - Benefits of a Gold Level Sponsor include 2 tickets to attend the seminar, full screen display of firm logo before and after presentations, and a full page logo in the printed program.
Silver Level Sponsor - $450+ fees - Benefits of a Silver Level Sponsor include 1 ticket to attend the seminar, half screen display of firm logo (2 logos per slide) before and after presentations, and a half page logo in the printed program.
Bronze Level Sponsor - $250+ fees - Benefits of a Bronze Level Sponsor includes a quarter screen display of firm logo (4 logos per slide) before and after presentations, and a quarter page logo in the printed program.
Individual Level Sponsor - $100+ fees - Benefits of an Individual Level Sponsor includes names of Individual Sponsors listed on one (1) page in the printed program and, all names shown on screen on one (1) slide before/after presentations. Company Logos will not be shown with this level of sponsorship
