About this Event
We’ve teamed up with Psychopomp & Circumstance to devise a series of cocktails that combine fermented ingredients with our favourite spirits from Bristol’s much-loved micro-distillery. Jules and Sam from The Bristol Loaf have been getting creative and scientific in equal measures to conjure up some seriously tasty recipes that play with fermentation and traditional flavours. Steph from Psychopomp has introduced us to their awesome range of spirits and helped combine everything into delicious and very unique cocktails.
Every single ingredient has been produced in either the Loaf kitchen or at the micro-distillery. Over the past weeks, there has been some intense dialogue and experimentation on our journey to creating the winning combinations – all of which will be served with perfectly paired snacks …
