I invite you to join me for this month's Reiki 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, to reset your energy, restore your mind, set any intentions, or release all that no longer serves you

Beautiful Crystals & Candles around the bowls amplifying and holding the energy for you
I will be using Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Shiva & Shakti Crystal Chime, Hand Pan Drum and the gentle and mesmerising Koshi Chimes plus more
I will gently guide you into releasing and relaxing the mind and body, ready for you to surrender into the magical sounds of the bowls
The Sounds, energies of the Crystals and Reiki will wash over you
I will gently guide you out of your meditation 🧘♀️ where you can sit in silence or you may wish to share your experience

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice.
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.

Due to the nature of this event late arrivals are unfortunately not permitted so not to disturb the session so please give yourself plenty of time to get here, doors open 10 mins before the start time and will be locked prompt on start time
