You won’t want to miss our next self defense seminar with Coach Janice! This event is open to the public for women/girls ages 12+. No membership required!
If you have come to a previous self defense seminar with us, we encourage you to join us again. There will be lots of new information and practice makes perfect! If you have never done any self defense, this is a perfect beginner seminar to jump into. Bring your mothers, daughters, friends, coworkers, etc. and join us for an afternoon of empowerment, knowledge, community, and fun!
