About this Event
Come learn about the transformation of VA Center Commons (known by locals as "VCC") amongst planning colleagues in an informal happy hour setting. Panelists will discuss the visioning/charette process that led to the form-based overlay zoning district for the area; the private interest/investment in the area; and the Henrico Sports & Events Center. Attendees will then walk from Intermission Beer Company to the Henrico Sports & Events Center to see the transformation in the area first-hand.
DATE/TIME: Wednesday, October 1st 5:30 PM-7 PM (presentation at 6 PM, walk at around 6:30 PM)
