This class begins with a talk on ingredients, flavor wheels and the chemistry of tea, followed by a hands-on experience as you create, taste and take home your own custom tea blend!
Our October workshop will have a particular focus on harvest teas! Pumpkin, apple, roasted roots, and warming spices: let's play with the cozy culinary!
