A 45-minute interval workout using your body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells to challenge your strength and cardio!
About this Event

Join us for a motivating workout session with CPT Ashley Palmer at Dirty Water Distillery in Plymouth, MA. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and meet new people while working on your fitness goals. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself.
20% of proceeds will be donated to the Matthew Murphy Toolship Fund in memory of Matthew Murphy, a friend who died by suicide in 2019. Matt loved working with his hands as a carpenter. This fund helps Plymouth High School seniors contemplating a career in the trades. An award so that these individuals can buy their own tools and help with any other expenses he/she may come upon.

What to bring? Yourself, a mat, and a pair of dumbbells!

Your ticket purchase includes the workout and one free beverage after the workout. This is a pot luck event so please feel free to cook something and bring it to the event to enjoy afterwards!
