October Sound Bath

We will begin with a few gentle yin style stretches to open & relax the body, followed by a soothing Crystal Singing Bowl meditation. No experience necessary!

Simply lay back & allow the sounds to wash over you, as you are guided into a deeply healing & relaxing state.

This 1.5 hour immersion will leave you totally blissed out and more relaxed than you've felt in a long time!!

Wear warm comfy clothes that you are able to stretch in, and remember to bring your yoga mat (or camping mat if you prefer something softer to lay on!)

Bolsters, blankets and eye pillows will be supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own. Some people like to bring their head pillow too!

ALISHA JANE

Alisha has studied many energetic healing modalities, including Reiki, Qi Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy. Alisha is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, Youth Mentor & Dance Movement Therapist who has a passion for helping and healing. Alisha draws upon all of her trainings to create blissful and transformational experiences in workshops, retreats & private sessions.
