Excited to share that I’ll be hosting an
October Sound Bath at Sileby Community Centre
🎃🔮🦇💜🖤🧙🏽‍♀️
Join us for witchy, pumpkin vibes and beautiful sounds and vibrations
Sileby Community Centre, 41 High Street, Sileby, Loughborough, LE12 7RX

The class will begin with some gentle seated stretches to release tension within the body.
We will explore pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
We will then enjoy a 45 minute Sound Bath where you will be immersed in sound & vibrations, to cleanse your energy and release.
You will be offered some complimentary teas & a sweet treat at the end 🍰☕️
