ServSafe is a food safety certification program for the food and beverage industry. The course covers foodborne illnesses, prevention guidelines, sanitation, and more. The certification is valid for five years and demonstrates that you have the knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illnesses.

Note: The course lasts 6 hours, plus up to 2 hours for the exam. Bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone for the online exam.
