We are hosting the American Chemistry Society, kicking off the upcoming National Chemistry Week.
Chemistry plays a crucial role in how spices can create various smells and flavors, while also acting as medicine or fabric dyes. The structure of spices plays a huge role in how the spice is perceived by people. Tour the museum and visit different stations for experiments, demonstrations, and more.
Free for members and Muskegon County residents; $5 for out-of-county residents.
