I’m so excited to officially announce the first Sacred Integration Circle, a quarterly gathering for healing, reconnection, and soul-level integration.

This seasonal circle includes:
• Gentle Kundalini Yoga or mindful movement
• Guided meditation or group hypnosis
• Journaling + optional sharing
• Nervous system support + spiritual nourishment
Each gathering offers a fresh theme, a safe container, and space to reconnect with your authentic Self.
