This October, in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Wagga Wagga Rotaract Club is dedicated to supporting our member's well-being.
We're delighted to announce our Professional/Personal Development session with Headspace Wagga Wagga on Monday, October 27th at 6:00 PM.
This session will cover tips, tricks and strategies to observe burnout in our own lives, and how to take care of ourselves during these moments. It's incredibly important to look after ourselves, especially when we're committed to helping others. Learn valuable tools and insights from the experts at Headspace.
Location: RSL Club Wagga Wagga Boardroom.
