Join the Sacramento chapter of the Holistic Moms Network for our October monthly meeting. We will be learning more about Zentangle, a method of meditation that uses basic drawing combinations (dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs), done in repetition to create art, while giving your mind time to focus on something simple and creating time to meditate while focusing on your tangle.We will provide the paper (called a tile) and pens for this meeting.
