Our panel will consist of Jake Davenport (State Farm agent), Josh Linder (Lindsurance) and Jeff Gendron (worked for Country Financial corporate for 20 years). Insurance is a very important yet expensive element of running your real estate business:
What do you do when a company drops your policy for no good reason and you can't find anyone to cover your building?
How do you strike the balance of having the right amount of coverage without spending too much?
Many times it isn't until you have a big claim that you realize whether or not you're properly insured. What extra coverages should you have to plan for the unexpected?
How do rates change when you start a new LLC?
How big of an umbrella policy should you have?
We'll discuss the answers to these questions and any others you may have. Below is space to share your questions.
We will still allow plenty of time for networking at the beginning and the end of the meetup. Remember our mission: We want to help investors get started. We want to help connect people to find deals. We want to teach people about creative financing. We want to help everyone win big with real estate investing. We will plan to meet on the second Tuesday of every month.
Lunch will be served during the meeting and you will pay Warehouse on State directly.
