This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.???♀️?
It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

October we will be making some wind spirals and sculpted bottle sensory bottles from plastic bottles. We will be using the sensory bottles for the meditation at the end of the session ??♀️
