Designed for Kids & Teens 5 - 15 years, this 4 day program will keep your child moving, learning and having fun in the school holidays.
We focus on skill building, discipline, confidence and fun.

DAILY PROGRAM
Host: Evolve Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Info: Each day our Holiday Program is packed with dynamic classes to build fundamental skills, teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and impart self defence strategies with a focus on bully prevention. Additionally kids will engage in yoga and mobility exercises designed to enhance flexibility and promote wellbeing. They will make new friends and have a blast with lots of fun games, drills and grappling.
