We are thrilled to announce a major event this October at the Senior Center. Join us for our Holiday Bazaar, happening Friday, October 24 from 3:00 p.m. and continuing through Saturday, October 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event is open to the public and will feature a wide variety of vendors offering unique items perfect for the holiday season.We are currently looking for vendors of all kinds. Spaces are just $15 each, and tables and chairs will be provided. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested vendors may email [email protected] to reserve a spot.
On Friday evening, nachos and beverages will be for sale, so plan to shop, snack, and socialize with friends.
Because of this major fundraiser, please note there will be no Senior Center activities on Friday afternoon, October 24.
Then, on Saturday, October 25, the fun continues with our Chili Cook-Off. There will be two categories: Chili with beans and Chili without beans. Entry is $20 per contestant, with winners in each category receiving half of the entry fees. The remaining funds will support the Senior Center. We will provide all sample cups, while beverages will be available for purchase.
The best part? The community will be the judges! For just $10, you can taste each chili entry and cast your vote for your favorites. Mark your calendars—it’s going to be a festive weekend full of shopping, food, and fun, all while supporting the Senior Center.
