Your team will earn points as a group as well as on your individual efforts of miles logged, workouts completed in and outside the gym, progress tracked and much more! You compete against the other teams in the gym for the winning team prize and bragging rights!
You don't even need to be a GET Fit member to join in! This can be done virtually from anywhere! All workouts in and outside our gym count!
