About this Event

Join us for the October installment of First Fridays, where our motto is simple: learn something new and meet someone new.

This month, we are excited to welcome Mike Cahill, President and CEO of Greenway Bank, as our featured speaker. Mike brings decades of leadership experience across banking, finance, real estate, and insurance, and he will share insights from his remarkable career navigating growth, transformation, and innovation in the financial services sector.

Mike began his career as a CPA after graduating from the University of Notre Dame and quickly rose through the ranks of finance and operations leadership across multiple industries. From managing large-scale real estate development projects to serving as CEO of banks and health insurance firms, Mike has a wealth of practical experience in strategic growth and financial management. His journey has included turning small institutions into thriving regional businesses, most recently growing Greenway Bank from a $135 million mutual bank into a $350 million regional commercial bank.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike is deeply involved in the community, serving on numerous boards and committees, including the Saint Joseph Community Health Foundation, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, and the Allen County-Fort Wayne Development Trust. His leadership reflects not just business acumen, but also a commitment to fostering community and supporting the next generation of leaders.

Whether you are interested in professional growth or simply want to connect with inspiring leaders in the region, First Fridays offers the perfect opportunity. Come prepared to gain insights, ask questions, and expand your network at this engaging morning event with one of the area's most accomplished financial leaders.
