Spooky season will be upon us! 🎃 Come prepared to loosen your joints and center yourself in preparation to enjoy the upcoming community festivities. 👻 Each session is geared toward children and youth. Though adults are encouraged to join. We meet for approximately 30-35 minutes. In addition to movement, we practice breathwork, meditation, and social-emotional practices.
Remember to bring a yoga mat or towel, clothing layers, and water as needed!
Waivers will be available on-site for signing and are needed for participation.
