Come ready to pin, cut, sew or serge as we make Days for Girls kit components. No experience is necessary...we will show you step by step! Bring your sewing machine or serger in good working order if you have one. We use dark purple thread and I will have some available if you don’t have it. If you would like, you can also bring the following non-sewn items that we put in our kits:1. Girls cotton underwear, sizes 10-14 or Women’s size small-large, dark prints best. Brief or bikini styles work best. No animals or insects except for butterflies. No writing.
2. Cotton (not microfiber) washcloths. Any color except white preferred.
3. Purple polyester thread
Parking and entrance at the back of the church off Hurley Street.
