Discovering, Navigating, exploring our way through yoga adventures!In this 2 hour workshop, we play yoga games to build flexibility, strength and create a strong foundation for mental health.
We will learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques and build strong minds by enabling greater neural activity improving communication between neurons through yoga poses.
