Our next Saturday meeting will be our usual chance to chat about all things menopause, peri-menopause and post menopause. Join us for our on Saturday 4th October 1000 - 1200
We have found that having a chance to share can be of immense help and support, just knowing you are not alone and not going mad can be of great comfort and empowering.
Open to anyone personally experiencing peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
Please note that we are no longer have a small charity status - therefore donations would be very much appreciated.
If you would like to attend but feel anxious about doing so, please contact us and we will arrange for someone to meet and greet you at the door.
