We will be meeting for our next Kenosha Hootenanny on this coming Friday, October at 3rd from 6 to 9 pm at the Anderson Art Center, 6603 3rd Avenue. Doors open at 5:30.Bring an acoustic instrument and/or your voice. We have music books and stands.
For October, our main theme will again be a celebration of Halloween. We will use this as an excuse to again perform and sing songs that explore the scary, the chilling, and the macabre, including a slew of murder ballads. Of course, we’ll also do some of our favorites. As always, you’ll have an opportunity to share, request, lead, or present songs that you’ve prepared.
