Join us for Fall in to Peace, Soundbath on Sunday Night 10/12- at 6pm. This bath will be hosted by Dusti Meeks & Trace Burt, and will allow you to delight in meditation, sound healing, chakra cleansing, calming our minds, and letting go of all tension. The best part? During the sound bath, you will:
- Chill out and reconnect to breathing
- Experience the gentle sound frequencies of crystal bowls
Our bodies are made up of water. Water reacts to vibrations. When you enjoy a sound bath, you are able to connect your body's unique frequence to the sound waves.
