Join Ashley, Childbirth Educator and Registered Dietitian, from Informed Intuition and Abbey, RN, BSN, IBCLC, from Mal's Milky Way for the ultimate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum preparation course hosted at The Center for Perinatal Mental Health! This 7.5 hour course series (3 classes at 2.5 hours each + 2.5 hours BONUS self-paced virtual material) is fully comprehensive with everything you need to have an empowered pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience, whatever that means to you! We will give you ALL your options so you can choose what is right for your family. Our goal is to have each family leave INFORMED and EMPOWERED in the journey they set out for themselves.
MINIMUM 2 COUPLES registered for class to run as scheduled. If 2 couples are not registered by 7 days before the first course, I will contact you via email or text to switch you to another time slot or reimburse you for the difference between the in-person and virtual, and provide the virtual course instead.
