Oconee 4-H has been invited to share at the Walhalla Farmers Market! July 12 (Carson), August 2 (Clovers) and September 6 (Hoppers)
About this Event

Oconee 4-H has been invited to strut their stuff at the Walhalla Farmer's Market! This is an opportunity for clubs to recruit new members (to the club and 4-H), engage with the broader community, and even do a little fund raising!

The market is on Main Street, Walhalla, adjacent to the Bantam Chef. Market is open from 8-12; table, chairs, and tent provided by Olivia and the City of Walhalla (though we are responsible for our own set-up and break-down).

Dates:

July 12 - Carson (Clemson intern helping out at the state and Oconee offices!), come help her out!

August 2 - Oconee County Clovers Club - Leader Sara Foster [email protected] 864-784-2032

September 6 - Oconee County Hoppers Rabbit Club - Leader Tina Reif [email protected] (864) 499-1193

4-H members and families are welcome to help out any of these days, but are encouraged to attend with their club. In addition to registering all attendees, please communicate with your club leader regarding the duration of attendance (please plan to stay at least two hours) and share any ideas for activities or fundraisers. Your club leader may reach out to you with further instructions! You are encouraged to wear your 4-H shirts and other gear!

Oconee 4-H will supply bins with tablecloths, flyers and pamphlets, give-aways, and stickers for fundraising.

Please contact Lil with any questions!
