Sports AdvantEdge cordially invites you to an exclusive Open House event dedicated to your athletes! We are excited to open our doors and show you how a structured strength and conditioning program can elevate your skills on the mat and help prevent injuries.

Learn about how strength and conditioning can help build the functional strength, power, and muscular endurance needed for wrestlers to dominate opponents on the mat. A well designed strength program not only improves performance attributes like explosiveness and agility but also significantly reduces the risk of injury by strengthening muscles and connective tissues to withstand the sport's high-impact nature.
What to expect at our open house:
• Free Evaluations: Have our coaches assess your strength, mobility, stability, & vertical jump!
• Facility Tours: See our state-of-the-art equipment and training areas. Located inside Wisconsin Brewing Company Park!
• Meet the Coaches: Talk with our certified trainers about your specific athletic goals and needs.
• Q&A Session: Coaches and athletes answer questions about our training philosophy and how it applies to wrestling.
• Raffle Giveaway: Enter our raffle drawing to win a FREE month of training. The winner will be drawn after Q&A.
• Exclusive Offer: All attendees will receive a special offer for our sports performance programs.
