The Ontario Colleges' Marketing Competition (OCMC) brings together passionate PSB diploma students and innovative professors to:
- Showcase business talents
- Earn top awards
- Develop teamwork and strategic thinking skills
Sheridan's Marketing and Advertising diploma students have the most amazing experiences at OCMC! We encourage students to join the 2024 team by participating in Tryouts on April 24th.
OCMC will be held on November 14-15, 2024 and hosted by St. Clair College.
Over 200 students from Ontario with their facility coach will participate in the competition which is made up of:
- 8 case-based competitions
- 2 non-case competitions
- 1 Quiz Bowl
Qualification Details
- Full-time marketing or advertising diploma student in September 2024
- B average/GPA in Marketing and Advertising courses
- Have not completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in business from another educational institution
- Able to train 2-3 hours per week in the Fall semester
- Able to attend OCMC on November 14-15 in Windsor (transportation and accommodation provided)
- Able to attend the OCMC Tryouts on April 24th at the HMC Campus where the OCMC finalists will be selected
