About this Event
We’re excited to host a hands-on experience with the delicious tequila brand, Ocho!
Please join us for a day of tequila, snacks, and copita carving.
A copita is a classic tequila tasting vessel, often made of clay. Under the guidance of the talented, Barbara Hass, you will have the opportunity to carve your own copita to be your very own unique tequila taster.
The talented Paul Masterson will join us to guide us through an in-depth tasting of Ocho tequila. We’ll get to taste at least 5 different expressions comparing different agave farms in the terroir style that Ocho is known for.
Here is what you can expect at this event:
- A welcome cocktail
- A guided tasting of 5 expressions of Ocho tequila
- 2 blancos from different villages to compare
- 2 reposados from different villages to compare
- 1 anejo
- A pottery carving class and a copita to own that will be uniquely yours
- Light bites will be served
SAVE THE DATE: We will host a pottery glazing/paiting experience on April 5 accompanied by a tasting of the delicious mezcal Vago! Tickets for that will be sold separately but those who attend the Ocho experience will be given priority.
