Join us on October 6th, 2024 to learn the Fundamentals of Economic Development in Oregon in this next OCED Training Course, "Economic Development: 101".
Learn from consultants, economic development professionals, and successful industry practitioners about the basic tools, processes, and metrics that drive economic development in our state.
In-person OCED Courses are held approximately twice per year. These are 1-day training events, typically convened in a central location for ease of travel for students and trainers. In-person courses offer valuable opportunities to connect, build networks and partnerships, and directly engage with leaders in the field. You won't want to miss this unique learning experience!
This year, OCED's "Economic Development: 101" course will take place during the day prior to the Welcome Reception for OEDA's Annual Oregon Economic Development Conference at the Running Y Ranch & Resort in beautiful Klamath Falls, Oregon!
COURSE OVERVIEW

The OCED: "Economic Development: 101" course will be held in partnership with OEDA's Annual Oregon Economic Development Conference at the Running Y Ranch & Resort.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Annual Conference Welcome Reception
MEALS
Breakfast served at 7:30 am | Lunch served at 11:30 am
Students will enjoy a complimentary breakfast and lunch, plus two breaks between classes with refreshments!
Meals are ordered in advance, so please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions which require specialty dining accommodations at [email protected] after registering. Students must be registered no later than 6:00 pm Friday, September 10th.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available for up to two weeks prior to the event. Refunds requested after the two-week cutoff date (9/20/2024) will be eligible for credit toward future OCED Courses or OEDA events.
