This offering is designed as a gentle, sensory-based practice rooted in the ancient rhythms of water, weaving soft breathwork and slow somatic movement, aromatherapy, and live sound. The class emphasizes rest over effort and accessibility over intensity, inviting participants into a state of being carried rather than doing. Aroma is introduced sparingly and consensually, like a tide that arrives to support orientation and breath and then recedes, while sound creates a spacious, holding field for integration. The experience is non-strenuous, beginner-friendly, and well-suited for participants seeking a restorative, embodied, and reflective practice.
