OCEANIC DEJA VU : Home-coming to our oceanic ancestry, to remind the body mind of our aquatic-diving abilities inherently within, to embrace and be embraced by each new deeper place with tenderness, both physically and poetically.
This Freediving retreat tailors to beginners, but also welcomes already-divers who wishes to experience magic again. We will approach freediving learning with a few foundational skills, weaved with somatic breathing and contemplative practices, and ample time to explore in open water every day with professional set ups, max depth at 15m.
Aquatic Bodywork, Eco-Somatics in Nature & Poetry:
The program supports the transformative process in freediving with restful somatic practices in the local living nature - a special coastal volcanic landscape, and with one another in mutual empowering connection. Reading poetry that provoke invitational questions, as well as writing and sharing.
An immersive retreat:
The inclusive nature of the retreat ensures that you can melt into the experience without worrying about logistics.

We'll be nestled between mountain and sea in North Bali
[ a 2.5 hr drive from both the airport & Ubud]

Our eco-resort is like a cocoon, providing everything we need: a cozy shala with ocean view, relaxing tea house with snacks and books, restaurant with nourishing meals, spaces for bodywork, and breezy nooks for resting and journaling, with direct access to shore.
