About this Event
Join Ocean Wise for an evening of learning and networking with fellow marine enthusiasts. Hear from local whale researchers about the species found along our coast and the exciting work being conducted in the area. The presentation will last approximately an hour and a half, with a break in between. Stick around afterwards to socialize and enjoy light refreshments.
Who: Open to fishing charters, recreational fishers, recreational boaters and whale enthusiasts
What: An engaging information night on whales that frequent our local north coast waters, whale safe boating and research being conducted in the area
Why: To increase awareness, educate and protect marine mammals
