About this Event
Join us in person for an unforgettable experience immersed in the soothing sounds of the ocean. The ocean is speaking! What does it say? Join Eliza Taylor, an underwater acoustics researcher from UH Mānoa, on an adventure to explore the amazing sounds of the ocean. What can sound teach us about whales, dolphins and the mysteries of the deep sea? How do scientists listen to the ocean? And is it possible to see sound?
Through real recordings and interactive activities, you’ll uncover a hidden world of voices that exists beneath the surface. Come listen, and discover what the ocean has to say!
